1. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We primarily ship in our coverage areas and limited to the areas covered by our channel partners. In case your delivery address is not covered by our channel partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge. Currently we are delivering our products in Bhubaneswar city. But some long-lasting products like Ghee, Paneer can be delivered to other locations if convenient.
2. HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
We usually email you the tracking reference number of your shipment. You can also check status of your order at the “Arka Dairy” website https://arkadairy.com/track-your-order. In case of there no tracking option available you can call at +91 9583906301 to get update on delivery.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
For delivery of fresh milk, we deliver it on next day morning of order placed. As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.
4. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
There will be an additional charge of Rs.50 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.999. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.
5. AT WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.
6. DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on arkadairy.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 2,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
